The most important things to know before you play at phtt
Only persons aged 21 years and older are permitted to register and use the phtt platform. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR guidelines applicable in the Philippines.
phtt is operated for the Philippine market and governed by applicable Philippine laws. Players must confirm their eligibility under their local jurisdiction before registering.
Each player may hold only one phtt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phtt ("phtt", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phtt website located at https://phtt.one and all associated services, games, and features offered through the phtt platform (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the phtt website, completing the registration process, or by using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phtt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of phtt is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service. phtt makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Access to phtt from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is done at your own risk and may constitute a violation of local law.
To use phtt, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to:
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phtt or from online gaming platforms in general, persons who are employees or contractors of phtt or its affiliated companies, and persons named on any regulatory exclusion list are not eligible to register or play on phtt.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtt account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phtt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your phtt account.
phtt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your phtt account, whether or not authorised by you, shall be your responsibility unless phtt is notified promptly of a security breach.
You agree not to share your phtt account credentials with any third party and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including enabling two-factor authentication where available.
All transactions on the phtt platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP.
phtt accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PesoNet), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. phtt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
All deposits made to your phtt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. phtt reserves the right to return deposits to their source if they are determined to be from an unverified or third-party source.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. phtt may require successful completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but phtt endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. phtt reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of required verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraud or terms violations.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable maximum limits, are as specified in the phtt platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted by phtt from time to time without advance notice.
phtt may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
All games available on the phtt platform — including live dealer games, online slots, bingo, fishing games, and RNG table games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.
phtt uses games supplied by licensed third-party game studios. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live casino games are operated by certified studios with shuffle and dealing procedures conducted under independent oversight.
phtt is not responsible for any errors arising from technical faults in game software that are outside phtt's control. In cases of game errors, phtt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtt platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
All content available on the phtt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, game assets, audio files, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content, is the property of phtt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phtt platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any phtt content without express written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings due to technical error, loss of data, or interruption of service.
phtt's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
phtt does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phtt takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security and availability of the platform but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.
phtt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The phtt platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your phtt account settings.
phtt strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively. Gaming on phtt should be treated as entertainment only and not as a source of income. phtt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your phtt account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your phtt account may be withheld pending investigation. If no violation is ultimately established, the balance will be returned to you. Where a violation is established, phtt reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.
You may close your phtt account at any time by contacting phtt support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to you after applicable verification and processing, subject to the withdrawal policy in Section 4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transactions must first be submitted to phtt support at [email protected] for internal review within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
phtt reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, phtt will notify registered players through the platform or via the email address associated with the player's account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phtt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using phtt and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
